The Broncos signed Peyton Manning! They acquired the ex-Colt Super Bowl champion in a whopping five-year $96 million deal () despite Mannings bad neck. Speaking of Peyton Mannings bad neck the same bad neck that benched him for the entire 2011 season the 36 year-old QB passed a physical exam administered by Broncos doctors. Even though his arm allegedly looks good, Peyton Manning himself is saying hes not 100% when it comes to arm strength and endurance.
Not to worry though: the Broncos have a contingency plan if Peyton never recovers. Head coach John Fox is bringing four quarterbacks to Broncos training camp. How reassuring! As for other Broncos personnel changes (well get to Tebow later), now that Peyton Manning is a Bronco, lots of other former Colts players like Dallas Clark and Jeff Saturday want to be Broncos too! With a young defense, solid wide receivers and a good offensive line (not to mention the good luck of being in a shitty conference) this Broncos team has the potential to be a Super Bowl contender.
