FINDLAY, OH — The Findlay School Board unanimously approved random drug testing of high school students who participate in extracurricular activities or have a parking pass.

More than 1,000 Findlay High Students fall into those categories. Students who refuse a test or test positive will be suspended from their activity and will have to get treatment.

Parents of students not automatically included in the testing pool can have their child included for a fee.

The Findlay Courier also has an article on the new policy.
