Siena to aid Schoharie flood victims at Saturday’s game

Siena is teaming with The National Grid Foundation to raise funds for Schoharie County students and family members who were affected by flooding in September.

Theyll introduce the Hoops for the Stars program to the Capital Region at the mens basketball game against Loyola at Times Union Center on MondaySaturday night.

Events before and during the game will raise money for all who were impacted by the floods.

The National Grid Foundation has provided a grant of $15,000 to Siena College for Hoops for the Stars. Siena College has donated over 300 tickets for Saturdays game to 150 Schoharie County students and their families.
